Boot Camps Now Running!

Join me and several others for 60 minutes of a high energy, non-stop, in-your-face group fitness class at ProSwing Athletic Training Center in Port Chester, NY. Each session is unique and offers a fun and motivating atmosphere for any health seeker. Whatever your fitness goal may be, it can be achieved through this circuit training style morning workout. Tire flips, kettle bells, jump ropes, sprints, sit-ups, and push-ups are common exercises performed in a timely manner.
