Boot Camps Now Running!

Join me and several others for 60 minutes of a high energy, non-stop, in-your-face group fitness class at ProSwing Athletic Training Center in Port Chester, NY. Each session is unique and offers a fun and motivating atmosphere for any health seeker. Whatever your fitness goal may be, it can be achieved through this morning workout. Sample exercises include squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, and sprints.

$25 per individual session or $200 for 10-sessions ($20 per class)
